From April 16 to 19, 2024, we met in Torres Vedras and summarized the work done so far in the DigiInclusion project, which aims to identify ways of digital inclusion for the residents of Gdańsk.
On April 18th, the second mastermind meeting took place as part of the “Women Can Sea” Project, with the main theme being communication in the maritime business. Together, we discussed how to tailor communication to the audience, what is important in the message, and what barriers commonly occur in interpersonal contacts. Drawing on the experience of the speakers, we learned about our individual personality types.
