Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation
The Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation is one of the most important institutions committed to helping to create and develop innovative start-ups as well as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Gdańsk.
The Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation manages high-class office buildings, including the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Incubator STARTER, which is not only a modern building available for start-ups and innovative companies, but most of all, it takes action to support entrepreneurial education and business people in our city.

The activities of the foundation include:
- Mentoring, training and specialist consultancy for people planning to start their own business, start-ups and entrepreneurs.
- Support for activities within the existing startup ecosystem.
- Support for industry initiatives in line with the activities of Pomeranian Smart Specializations.
- Implementation of entrepreneurial education programmes for young people and the educational environment.
- Publications, reports and industry studies for entrepreneurs, educators and young people.

Foundation board
- A graduate of Philosophy and Human Resource Management at the University of Gdańsk and an accredited PRINCE2® APMG lecturer. Culture manager with eighteen years of experience.
He has restructured and modernised the Gdansk and Lodz branch library networks, transforming them into thriving cultural institutions recognised internationally. He is experienced in managing teams, projects and products.
His initiative led to the creation of Poland's first library in a shopping mall - the Manhattan Library, the American Corner library facility, co-managed with the Embassy of the United States, the Shanghai Cabinet, created in collaboration with the Shanghai Library, and Szuflandia - the first self-service and 24-hour book lending library in this part of Europe.
In 2015, he was awarded the Medal of the Minister of Culture "Distinguished for Polish Culture".
Full of energy and openness to change. Passionate about mountain hiking, climbing and Italian cuisine.
- A graduate of the Faculty of Romance Philology at the University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Banking and Finance of the Gdańsk University of Technology & Rouen Business School. A manager with over ten years of experience in an international company operating in the field of modern technologies and education. Experienced in managing teams, projects, processes and products. She has gained extensive experience in consulting and sales support in cooperation with international clients and public tenders.
From 2017, Vice President of the Management Board of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation, where she manages the team and projects in the field of entrepreneurship education and support for start-ups at the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Incubator Starter.
