Summary of Innovation Camp by STARTER 2025

The next edition of Innovation Camp by STARTER – an intensive five-day entrepreneurial camp for young people from Gdansk – is behind us.

Integration and first steps

We started with a team-building day, during which participants and attendees had the opportunity to get to know each other better and build teams. On the very first day of work, the youngsters entered the world of innovation – they participated in a panel discussion, learned about the challenges prepared by the Partners and had table talks with representatives and representatives of companies.

Study visits

On the second day, we visited the headquarters of the Partners. It was a unique opportunity to see from the inside how companies operate, understand the context of the challenges and ask all the burning questions.

Creating solutions

Wednesday and Thursday were marked by brainstorming, generating ideas, building the first prototypes and workshops on public speaking. Young people learned how to translate their ideas into concrete actions, as well as how to talk about them.

Grand finale

Friday is the day of the final gala. The teams presented their solutions in front of the jury, Partners and the audience, and then talked about the details of the projects during an open trade show. The jury evaluated the ideas in terms of innovation, feasibility of implementation, business potential and quality of presentation. The audience also had their say – choosing their favorites.

Innovation Camp is not only a week of creative work, but first and foremost a school of cooperation, entrepreneurship and courageous thinking. Young people learn that their ideas matter and can realistically inspire business and the Gdansk community.
