The administrator of your personal data is the Gdansk Foundation for Entrepreneurship (GFP), based at 3b Lęborska Street, 80-386 Gdansk. GFP is responsible for the correct and secure processing of your personal data. 2 Scope and categories of data

This policy applies only to data collected through your use of incubatorstarter.co.uk and newsletter signup. We process identification data such as your name and email address when you sign up for the newsletter or use the contact forms. In addition, technical data such as your IP address, device and browser information, as well as cookies are collected when you use the site to enable the site to function properly and analyze statistics.

We process your data for several purposes. First, to respond to inquiries sent via contact forms – in this case, the legal basis is the performance of activities aimed at concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO) and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO). Second, if you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address to send you information about events and services – based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). Third, we collect technical data and cookies to ensure the security and functionality of the website and to conduct analysis – based on GFP’s legitimate interest, and in the case of analytical and marketing cookies – based on consent.

4 Data recipients and transfers

Personal data may be transferred to entities that provide hosting, website maintenance and newsletter services for us. We make sure that any data processor acts in accordance with the provisions of the RODO and ensures an adequate level of security. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

We keep newsletter-related data until you withdraw your consent or terminate the newsletter mailing. We store data from contact forms for the period necessary for case handling and possible defense against claims. Cookies are stored according to their life cycle – session cookies until the end of the browser session, and permanent cookies for the period indicated in the tool or browser settings.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit processing, data portability, and object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller. If processing is based on consent, you can revoke it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data to subscribe to the newsletter is voluntary, but necessary to receive messages. Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but may be necessary to respond. Acceptance of non-essential cookies is voluntary – lack of consent may limit analytical or marketing functionality, but does not affect the basic operation of the site.
