POMERANIA ROCKS SLUSH 2025
At the center of European innovation!
SLUSH in Helsinki is one of the most important technology events in Europe – a place where as much happens in a few days as in other ecosystems for months: hundreds of meetings, talks with investors, presentations of startups and specifics about trends that shape the future. From November 18-21, 2025 Pomerania had a strong presence there – and in many guises.
As part of a business mission organized by the Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation thanks to the support of InvestGDA, a delegation representing Gdansk went to Helsinki. Together with InvestGDA, Startup Harbour and two startups: LiveWebinar and ViralPlace.io, we built the presence of the city and the region at an event that sets the stage for the European TECH ecosystem.
Importantly, other delegations and representatives of the Pomeranian ecosystem were also present at SLUSH 2025, allowing Pomerania to show itself as a cohesive, ambitious and collaborative region – from support institutions to startups developing solutions with global potential.
One of the key highlights of the program was the networking side event “Pomerania on SLUSH”, which brought together around 80 participants and created a space for valuable meetings, conversations and exchange of experiences. We realized the event in cooperation with ecosystem partners, strengthening the visibility of Pomerania on the international stage and showing that acting together – we have real power.
SLUSH 2025 for us is not only intense days of talks and inspiration, but above all concrete relations and knowledge, which we translate into actions in the region: international cooperation, development of networks and next steps towards internationalization of Pomeranian startups.
