General information clause on the processing of personal data by the Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation in Gdansk

Based on Art. 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1) – (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: RODO/Regulation) The Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation based in Gdansk informs that:

  1. The administrator of the personal data is the Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation based in Gdansk, Poland (hereinafter: GFP), ul. Lęborska 3b, 80-386 Gdańsk, KRS: 0000234045, NIP: 5832907440, REGON 220049622; tel. 58 731 65 00, e-mail: gfp@gfp.com.pl.
  2. GFP has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail: iod@inkubatorstarter.pl or phone number 58 731 65 81.
  3. Personal data collected, including sensitive data, may be processed by GFP – pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph. 1 lit. (a) RODO i.e. the voluntary and unambiguous consent you have given for the processing of personal data; based on Art. 6(1)(a). (b) RODO – for the purpose of implementing civil law contracts concluded with contractors, and in other cases on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a). (c) RODO in order to carry out tasks and legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator under generally applicable laws.
  4. GFP’s processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes specified each time in the consent, agreement or law, e.g. for marketing and promotion of GFP’s activities within the scope of its statutory and business activities, as well as for reporting, accounting, including tax purposes.
  5. Personal data are kept by the Administrator for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of their processing, and possibly until you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data.
  6. Recipients of personal data are entities serving the administrator in the field of legal, training, educational services, postal operators, hosting providers, as well as substantive and media partners of GFP in the implementation of specific educational and training projects. Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation, based in Gdansk, Poland, will not transfer personal data to third countries, unless required to fulfill the purpose – information about which will be in the content of the consent form for personal data processing; in the contract.
  7. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit processing, object to processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. A person whose personal data is processed has the right to withdraw the consent he or she has given for the processing of personal data, provided that this does not affect the legitimacy of the processing of personal data by the Administrator before the withdrawal of consent.
