From passion to action: Starter Gdansk inspired to support youth
The Eventre Association was founded in September 2024 and grew out of the experience of young leaders who, after participating in numerous competitions and projects, decided to take matters into their own hands.

The initiatives of the STARTER Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation inspired the offer and helped build a network of contacts.
It was during the summer Innovation Camp by Starter that one of Eventre’s members, Jakub Majewski, took his first steps in business, and today, already a young entrepreneur, he is eager to share his knowledge with other participants in events organized by Starter Gdansk.
Mission to “give back” support to the region
The Eventre Association, enriched by the experience gained under the guidance of mentors from STARTER, aims to support the next generation of young people. Members of the organization, aware of the limitations faced by young people in smaller towns, want to “give back” to the region the support they have received by creating new spaces for learning and cooperation.
As part of this mission, Eventre has established a strategic partnership with the Gdansk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area (OMGGS). This partnership aims to:
- Promotion of entrepreneurship among young people.
- Facilitating young people’s entry into the labor market.
- Building a network of educational partnerships throughout the Pomeranian region.
Ambitious projects for the future
The result of this inspiring path from project participant to organizer is concrete activities, such as the onBoard program. It aims to inspire young people to develop professionally through meetings with business practitioners and internship programs. The association already has to its credit such important events as the Gdansk Forum for Young Entrepreneurs and the “Our Matters” series, which have a real impact on the development of the competencies of young residents of the metropolis.
Thanks to the synergy between the experience gained at Gdansk Starter and the support of OMGGS, Eventre Association is becoming a dynamic leader of change, proving that even a summer youth camp can be the beginning of a great entrepreneurial adventure.
