Business Booster – Business Model Canvas
As part of the Business Booster Project, we invite you to a practical workshop on Business Model Canvas, which will be led by Sebastian Mul – a graduate of biomedical engineering at Gdansk University of Technology and co-founder of technology startups such as Dr. Poket, Agentx.so and Dojo.health.
During the workshop we will show how creating business models helps turn an idea into a functioning, profitable business. Participants will learn what business hypotheses are and why they are worth testing, how to create customer personae, and analyze business models using well-known brands as examples. In the second part of the meeting, we will jointly analyze participants’ ideas to create profitable business models for them.
Why is it worth it? The workshop is an opportunity to learn practical skills that can be immediately applied in daily work.

Who is Sebastian Mul? Sebastian Mul is a biomedical engineering graduate from Gdansk University of Technology and co-founder of innovative technology startups. A project manager with 12 years of experience, he specializes in project management and product development. He advises companies on how to build strong product teams and implement lean & agile product development processes.
Over the years, he has supported the development of his own products and advised other companies, sharing his knowledge of effective management and innovative product strategies.
